The South Carolina Society of Medical Assistants (SCSMA) will be hosting the 57th Annual Conference March  12th to March 13th, 2027.  The conference will be held at Midlands Tech

EXHIBITS:

Hours of exhibits are:  Set-up on Friday March 12, 2027 at  8:00 am.  The exhibitor space will open 30 minutes prior to the start of the first education session and close at the end of education both days. 

All booths will be listed in the official program.  You are encouraged to offer a prize at your individual booth.  You are responsible for announcing the winner.

 

PRICING:

Total price for both Friday and Saturday is $150 per booth. A One Day rental is $100.00.  Circle which day you plan to attend:  Friday or Saturday.  Payment for each booth and this form/or online payment must be received by February 1, 2027.  No refunds after February 20, 2027.  Payment should be made payable to:  SCSMA and mailed to the address listed below.  For online payment please access www.scsma.com.
