South Carolina Society of Medical Assistants, Inc- 51st Annual Conference
Medical Assistants from across the state will attend this annual meeting to earn continuing education credit and to keep pace with the latest industry products, technologies, and health care information. Medical Assistants are often responsible for purchasing equipment and supplies for the medical offices, as well as service needs.

COMMUNITY PROJECT
"Fostering The Fosters"
We are helping non-profit foster parent agencies by donating new and gently used items for those that are taking in foster children on a moments notice.
Items to bring: clothing, shoes, toys, books and anything else you can think of for babies to age 16.

VENDOR & ADS INFORMATION
The Spartanburg Chapter of the South Carolina Society of Medical Assistants (SCSMA) will be hosting the 51th ANNUAL CONFERENCE, March 16th to March 19th, 2023. The conference will be held at the 1881 Event Hall 805 Spartan Blvd Spartanburg, SC 29301.
EXHIBITS:
Exhibitors who wish to provide a booth for information/supplies/equipment - Will be provided with a skirted table, 2 chairs and electricity (if requested below**). Hours of exhibits are: Set-up on Friday, March 17th, (7:00 am to 7:30 am). Exhibits open with a ribbon cutting at 8:00 am. Exhibits close at 5:00 pm. Saturday, March 18th, (8:00 am to 4:00 pm). All booths will be listed in the official program. You are encouraged to offer a prize at your individual booth. You are responsible for announcing the winner.
EXHIBIT PRICING:
Total price for both days $175.00 per booth. Price for a single day $100.00.
Full payment for each booth application/contract must be received by January 31st, 2023.
Recruiter Booth: If your company hires Medical Assistants and would like to set up an onsite recruiting booth we will offer a reduced rate of $65.00 per day or $100 for both days.
No refunds after February 1, 2023.
ADS:
If you wish to place an advertisement in the Official Conference Program, the ads for the 5x7 program are as follows: (must be print ready-program may be printed in black and white) Deadline to be in printed program – February 10th, 2023.
